The On-Line I Witness form

This page is designed to enable you to confidentially report a crime you have witnessed. If you wish to remain confidential, be sure to select the 'Yes' check box before entering your personal information. Once you have completed your report and pressed the submit button at the end of the page, your information will be sent to a secured server at the Rice University Police Department. No one can access the information you provide except the Rice Police.
